Build your Business Brain
Let AI interview you, one friendly question at a time. Turn your answers into a document about your customers, offers, voice and goals, then save it somewhere you can update it.

Give your business context a home
Learn where to keep your Business Brain in a ChatGPT or Claude Project, or a Gemini Gem. Add a simple instruction so your AI can refer to that context when helping you.

Keep one chat for each job
Organise client emails, social posts, pricing and weekly planning into separate conversations within your business workspace.

Try a useful task together
Draft a warm invoice reminder, then a firmer version. See how giving AI the right context helps its answers sound more like your business.

Use AI with care
Know what to keep private, check facts and review anything before sending it. We’ll also cover where to look for your tool’s data settings.

Your real business.
Have your laptop or computer ready, with access to ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Bring a task you’d love a little help with. You don’t need a polished business plan or any technical knowledge.
You’ll work towards a saved Business Brain, an organised space for your AI work and a draft you can edit and use. We’ll also share the free Admin Escape Pack after the workshop.

Yes. Registration for the advertised free workshop is free. Newsletter signup is separate and optional.
Is it a webinar or an in-person workshop?
The next free session runs live on Google Meet, so you can join from anywhere in Australia. Private in-person workshops are available for organisations and groups in Melbourne.
Do I need any tech experience?
