Psychosocial safety training and maternal resilience programs.

We help organisations strengthen retention, build manager capability, and respond more effectively to the real pressures at work.

The Regulation Collective

Regulation Collective is a Melbourne-based specialist training provider delivering practical psychosocial hazard management, nervous system reset training, and maternal resilience programs for Australian workplaces. We help employers build safer, more sustainable workplaces through evidence-based training that improves awareness, capability, recovery, and day-to-day support across the workforce.

Our flagship focus is maternal resilience for working mothers, but our work extends across whole-of-workforce psychosocial hazards training and practical nervous system regulation programs for teams and leaders.

Who we are

A CPD Approved Training Provider

We work at the intersection of workplace wellbeing, psychosocial safety, and maternal workforce retention

Regulation Collective is a CPD (Continuing Professional Development) approved Melbourne-based training provider working at the intersection of psychosocial safety, nervous system health, and workplace capability. We partner with employers, HR teams, managers, and People & Culture leaders who want practical training that helps them respond more effectively to pressure, psychosocial risk, and the real conditions affecting employee wellbeing and performance.

We are not a generic wellbeing provider. We deliver structured workplace training designed to help organisations understand psychosocial hazards, strengthen leadership capability, and support workforce sustainability in a practical and credible way

What we do

Our Programs

We deliver three core workplace training programs. Together, they help organisations build awareness, reduce preventable strain, improve recovery, and strengthen psychosocial safety across both specific cohorts and the broader workforce.

Maternal Resilience Program
Supports working mothers and the organisations that employ them through neuroscience-informed training focused on matrescence, nervous system dysregulation, cognitive load, allostatic load, and manager capability.
Psychosocial Hazard Management
Helps leaders and organisations understand psychosocial hazards, identify risks, and create safer, more psychologically sustainable workplaces across the whole workforce.
Nervous System Reset Program
Teaches practical micro-resets that employees and leaders can use during the workday to improve recovery, steadiness, focus, and performance under pressure.

Maternal Resilience Program

Our signature program is the Maternal Resilience Program, created for one of the highest-pressure and least specifically supported cohorts in the workforce: working mothers. This program supports both mothers and the people who lead them, combining neuroscience education, practical regulation tools, and manager capability development.

This is a key part of our identity, but not the whole picture. Regulation Collective also supports organisations more broadly through psychosocial hazards training and nervous system reset programs that apply across teams, leaders, and workplace systems.

Practical support for psychosocial hazard management

Workplace pressure often shows up as overload, reduced clarity, poor recovery, strained communication, reactivity, and higher psychosocial risk, yet many organisations still rely on generic wellbeing language or one-off initiatives that do not build real capability. Regulation Collective provides practical training that helps people understand pressure earlier, manage psychosocial hazards more effectively, and create safer, more sustainable ways of working, with programs aligned to current Australian OHS psychosocial safety expectations and ISO 45003 principles.

About

Our Approach

Our approach is practical, evidence-based, and built for the realities of work. We translate neuroscience, psychosocial safety principles, and workforce education into training people can actually use, whether that is a leader learning to recognise risk, a team using micro-resets between meetings, or an organisation building a better response to maternal workforce strain.

Depending on the program, we deliver lunch-and-learns, team workshops, leadership sessions, and structured training for employees, managers, and organisations. Sessions can be delivered virtually or in person, and are designed to fit into existing workplace wellbeing, leadership, and psychosocial safety strategies.

Our approach is proactive

Beyond generic wellbeing programs

Many workplaces see the impact of pressure on performance, communication, recovery, and retention, but still rely on reactive supports that only step in after strain has already escalated. We help organisations take a proactive approach by equipping leaders and teams with practical, evidence-based training that reduces risk earlier, strengthens capability, and creates safer workplace conditions before problems become a crisis.

The outcomes are:

Better understanding of psychosocial hazards across the workplace.
More confident and capable managers.
Stronger support for working mothers.
Improved employee recovery, clarity, and communication under pressure.
A more practical and sustainable approach to psychosocial safety.
