What does an AI implementation specialist do?
An AI implementation specialist sets up AI tools within your business processes. With the Sprint, that means mapping how enquiries arrive, building one workflow, testing it and training you to use it.
Do you work with businesses outside Melbourne?
The Sprint is offered to small businesses across Australia. Book a free consultation so we can discuss your tools, access requirements and whether the workflow is a suitable fit.
Do I need technical skills?
No. This is designed for business owners who want practical support. You will need access to your current business tools and the ability to review and approve messages.
Does this include automated messages to customers?
The standard sprint prepares response drafts and follow-up reminders. You approve customer-facing messages before they are sent. Unsupervised sending is not included.
Can you work with my existing systems?
We will review your existing tools during the free consultation and confirm compatibility before quoting. Complex integrations, migrations or custom development are outside the founding package.
How long does it take?
Our delivery target is 10 business days after scope, access and onboarding requirements are confirmed. Timing can change if technical access or client feedback is delayed.
Are subscriptions and ongoing maintenance included?
No. Third-party software subscriptions and usage charges remain your responsibility. Ongoing maintenance, extra integrations and new workflows can be quoted separately.
How does payment work?
The founding-client price is A$1,490 in total, including any applicable GST. After we confirm suitability and scope, you receive written terms and an invoice. The proposed schedule is A$745 on acceptance and A$745 before final handover.
Will this guarantee more sales?
No. The goal is a more consistent process for managing enquiries and follow-ups. Results depend on your lead volume, offers, customer behaviour and how the workflow is used.
