But how?
A little peace of mind.Everyone says it. When you use AI, be careful. Keep your customers’ information safe. Don’t paste anything private.
But nobody really tells you how.
You’ve got an email from a client you need to reply to, a quote to tidy up, a booking list to sort, notes from a session. AI could help you with all of it in two minutes. Except every one of those has a real person’s name in it, their mobile, their address, sometimes their Medicare number. So you either paste it in anyway and feel uneasy, or you sit there retyping it with the details changed.
So we built Clean Copy. You put in anything you’re about to give AI, and it helps clean it up for you. Then it opens your AI straight away, whichever one you use. You just press Ctrl+V (or Cmd+V on a Mac), and the clean text appears. AI can help with the words, without seeing the private details you’ve checked and removed.

Clean Copy is very good with emails, phone numbers, ID numbers and card details, and good with names. No checker catches everything, though. A name that’s also an everyday word, like Summer or Hope, can slip through when it stands alone, and it can’t recognise faces or read handwriting.
That’s why it always shows you the clean version side by side and asks you to read it before you share. It isn’t legal advice, and it doesn’t make your business compliant with privacy law.
